SHOP POLICIES

1:ORDERS
We do our best to make sure that orders are shipped within 5-7 business days, most of the time we have a 1-3 day turnaround. The biggest exception to this rule is custom orders - while we try to have our customs completed and sent to the customer as quickly as possible, occasionally we get a backup of them. I've never had a custom request go longer than two weeks, but if we get very backed up that is a possibility. Custom orders can take 5-7 days (for smaller customs) or 1-2 weeks (for larger customs) We'll always contact you if your order is going to take longer than expected to go out.
2:SHIPPING
We offer shipping worldwide, through USPS. We always prefer to ship with a tracking number which will be provided by email to you as soon as we have it. We take great care that our items aren't damaged in shipping, but if you receive an item that is, please reach out to us right away!
3:GIFT SHIPPING
If you're ordering physical products to be gifts, please let us know. That way we won't include any price information in the parcel, and we would be more than willing to include a small card with a message on it from you.
4:RETURNS
We do accept returns on most items, if they're not to your satisfaction. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on digital items. If you have a problem with any order, please reach out to us and we'll work with you to resolve it.
