We're at the end of our Neil Gaiman SAL, and we're ending strong!

We've got 'The Graveyard Book', 'The Wolves in the Walls', 'Fortunately, the Milk', and of course, 'Coraline'

Coraline was the first graphic we drew on this peice, and I think she came out excellently! We also have a jar with the worm creature from Ocean at the End of the Lane, and the other part of the wolf, for our other graphics.

I'm so excited to see everyone's finished stitches! This design is one of my favorites :)

The last release of the Modern Broadway SAL is finally here!

This release is Hamilton - featuring the star with Alexander Hamilton himself on top. We have a bunch of quotes for this one, including 'Awesome-Wow', 'Work', "Who lives, who dies, who tells your story', 'Not throwing away my shot', and 'Teach'em how to say goodbye'.

I was actually super pleased with this release, and with this whole pattern because of one thing: The first release, the first line on it says "Hello" and in the last release, the last word on it says "Goodbye" and that makes me super happy for some reason :)

Working on 'neon' graphics was definitely a challenge for this SAL, but I'm really pleased with how it came out and can't wait to see everyone's finished stitches!

The 9th (and last!) release of the Classic Broadway SAL is the Sound of Music!

This one holds a special place in Tina's heart, it was a musical that her Dad loved and so thinking of it always brings him to mind. She went over and above on the art font for this release, hand drawing "The Hills are Alive with the Sound of Music" with all it's swirls and overlaps, fitting it into the space we needed it to. The rest of the graphic is of course the hills :)

For the other lyrics we have "Blossom of Snow May you Bloom and Grow" and "Silver-White Winters that Melt into Springs, These are a Few of My Favorite Things"

We can't wait to see everyone's finished stitches! Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Classic Broadway SAL - and keep an eye out for next year's Broadway SAL (including the poll we'll post in the Facebook Group within the next month!)
